Blinds & Awnings for Irene
From the village's character homes to the newer estates around it, Irene asks for two very different specifications — we fit both.
A heritage village wrapped in newer estate living
Irene is one of the older, more established addresses on Centurion's eastern side, next door to Cornwall Hill and a short drive from Copperleaf — a farm-village character that's grown a ring of newer lifestyle estates around it in recent years. The village core still has genuine character homes with smaller, more traditional windows and sash-style detailing, where timber venetians or well-proportioned rollers tend to suit the architecture better than anything oversized.
The newer estate pockets around Irene look much more like Copperleaf itself — larger glazed living areas, patios built for entertaining, and the same estate architectural guidelines to work within. We treat each on its own merits rather than applying one specification to both.
Highveld storm season (roughly November to March) affects both equally, so wind-sensor motorisation on any exterior product is standard advice across the whole area.

Products we fit most often here
- Timber and aluminium venetian blinds for the village's character homes
- Sunscreen roller blinds for the newer estate pockets' bigger glass
- Folding-arm awnings with wind-sensor motorisation over patios
- Motorised blinds & automation for the estate homes' taller glazing
